Little River Lighthouse available for overnight stays

The Friends of Little River Lighthouse will help you get to the island and provide a million dollar vew. The rest is up to you - please bring your own linens or sleeping bag, towels, food, beverages & bottled water.

Three Guest Bedrooms 

Keeper's Room - One double bed (one cot available)

Oceanside Room - One double air-mattress bed

Woods View Room - One double bed

Two Bathrooms - Shared by all

Upstairs - full bath with tub (no shower) 

Downstairs - Full bath with shower stall

Living Room - Shared by all

Outside: Gas grill, Picnic Tables, Lawn Chairs

What to Bring:
  • Food and beverages

  • Bottled water

  • Bug spray and sunscreen

  • Towels

  • Shampoo

  • Bed linens or sleeping bag

The grounds are also available for "Day Use" for small gatherings such as weddings and family reunions. Fees starting at $225 plus refundable deposit.

A Few Rules to Protect the Historic Nature of the Lighthouse

  • Children must be at least eight years of age and accompanied by legal guardian

  • No smoking

  • No pets

  • No campfires

  • No video games or loud music

  • All guests will be required to clean up after themselves in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

  • Refrigerator
  • Electric stove
  • Microwave
  • Cooking Utensils
  • Coffee Pot
  • Ketchup, mustard, coffee, coffee filters, napkins, paper plates
  • Nondairy creamer, sugar and sweetner
  • Drinking water in jugs
  • Pillows & extra blankets

The Friends will provide you with boat transportation to and from the island.

We provide adult life jackets, but children must have their own life jackets. 

Life jackets are required to be worn at all times while on the boat. 

Arrival and Departure times will depend on the tide. It is impossible to arrive or depart and low tide.
